Digital Product — All Sales Final

The Rooted Mama's Home Herbal Guide is a downloadable digital product. Because the file is delivered electronically and cannot be "returned" once accessed or downloaded, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or in the event of a verified delivery or access failure that we are unable to resolve.

If you experience a problem accessing or downloading your ebook, please contact Holistic Ki Botanica before disputing the charge with your bank. We are happy to assist and will resend your download link or issue a refund if we cannot resolve the issue.
